Webjam.com offers an easy-to-use, highly customisable social network building web application. Myself (implementation) and Ronny Ellefsen at Tape London (design) used webjam to create the European Young Professionals websites (EYP London, EYP Dublin). The sites are being used as a case-study by Webjam.
